Dr. Lauren  Byrne


Lauren received her undergraduate degree from Union College and earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006.  She completed her pediatric residency at Schneider Children’s Hospital (Now Cohen's) where she was named their 2009 Resident of the Year.  She is board certified in pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Kaitlyn Cornman, PA

Kaitlyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Le Moyne College where she was awarded Dean's Scholar.  In 2021 she graduate from Stony Brook University with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.  She has previous experience in family medicine.  She is a member of both the NY State & American Academy of Physician Assistants.  She joined Personal Pediatrics in 2023.

Kelsey Waisanen, PA

Kelsey graduated Cume Laude from Lake Superior State University with A Bachelor of Science in Biology.  She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University in 2021.  She has had previous experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care.  She is a member of both the NY State & American Academy of Physician Assistants.  She joined Personal Pediatrics in 2022. 


​September of 2023 Dr. Jennifer Byrne had  a successful medical mission to Ecuador! Joined by her daughter, they participated in a 3 day mission with Blancas House (a volunteer organization) that performed 21 surgeries and 150 procedures!

​As a graduate of State University of New York at Binghamton Jennifer earned 
her Master of Medical Science degree at the Boston University School of Medicine.  She attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Stony Brook University Hospital.  She is Board Certified in pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Theresa Vertullo, Pediatric NP

Theresa received her Masters in Childhood Nursing from Stony Brook University in 2010. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2002. Graduating Summa Cum Laude in both Graduate and Undergraduate programs. Theresa is a member of National association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Pediatrics. She has 15 years of Pediatric experience.
